What to expect: The 411 on all things Brokenframe Photography

1. The Consultation

I have 2 consultations for every session I offer, so that I can best understand the expectations of my client and provide the best photographic experience possible. I have both a before and an after session consultation so that I can build a relationship with you, my client. I want to get to know what makes you unique. It also gives you a chance to meet with me, and ask any questions or voice any concerns before the session date. The post session consultation is for ordering purposes. 

2. The Session Day

On the day of the session my assistant and I arrive 10-15 minutes early to scout out the location and make sure that everything will go as planned and there will be no surprises.  Bring with you your outfit changes, make up (for touch ups), and once you get there we will begin shooting, starting with a couple lighting test shots. I  require the remaining payment (with the exception of weddings) at the end of the session. 

3. When to expect your images

It takes me 4-6 weeks to finish with the images and prepare them for ordering. For weddings it takes me 6-8 weeks. When I have finished preparing them for viewing, I will contact you and set up a time to place you order for the 20 gift digital images and any other images you would like to order. If you are hoping to purchase additional images or prints, payment is required at the time of ordering. Images will be delivered within a 2-3 week time period. 

4. The Disc

Every session includes a disc with a certain amount of digital images and permission to print them up to a size 8x10. For all specialty and bigger prints, please go through my print lab. The images are copy written, and I do not allow you to make copies of the disc, copies of the images, edit/alter any of the images, or enter the images in a contest. It is simply a way for you to order additional images at your convenience, and to show family and friends your pictures with ease. You may post them to social media sites, and if you would like to make one your timeline image, please let me know and I will provide one sized for facebook  coverimage. 

5. Referrals

I am extremely blessed with the knowledge that my business is mostly built by word of mouth. I would be no-where with out my clients, and as a thank you I offer a 10% discount towards their next session every-time someone books because they mentioned me. My clients have the opportunity to earn an entirely free session if  10 of their friends or family book a session and mention their name. (This excludes weddings and events)
